Kind Words from Customers
Just got my mail and there it was! Oh, it's just great--in excellent condition, as you said, and I am so happy to have this deck set again. Thanks for all the working out of details that you did, and for packaging it so well and getting it to me so quickly.
Best wishes to you,
Good afternoon Rita,
Just a quick note to say "THANK YOU"!!
The book arrived yesterday. Sorry I didn't send out this note last
night but I was so excited to finally re-add this book to my
collection that I spent most of the evening trying to decide how to
display the book in my library.
Thank you once again for the great service and for having offered this book.
Have a pleasant weekend,
Item arrived, packed securely. Just right.
Hello Rita, Now that’s what I call a service, I eagerly await delivery, and will inform you when book has arrived, In the meantime I shall check your stock for future additions to my library.
Thank you so much for such personal and prompt service!
The books arrived today, and I'm very pleased with both of them. I have a collection of various versions of The Little Red Hen folk tale, and this LGB illustrated by Rudolf Freund is a fine addition (especially with the rare second front cover) . I'm glad you used a thick padded envelope for shipping, because it'll be a nice place to store The Christmas Book until holiday time is here again (the book is a Christmas gift for Mom). I had to grab it now, because it's such a scarce title, and you were selling it for such a great price. Thanks for a wonderful transaction.
The books arrived in great shape today. Thanks for all your good help and the prompt well packed shipment of the two copies. I appreciate your close attention to packing books securely; I have had trouble with this in the past on abebooks. I sell books on Ebay and always make sure books are well protected. Take care.
The book was a hit and he received it a day after you sent it out
It will be terrible to have USPS reduce their services!
We received the book on Saturday. Your shipment was prompt, and the book was every bit as advertised/described. My son will LOVE this book!
I was not sure what to expect (ordering from Barnes and Noble), but I sure am glad I tried. We will order from your company in the future, either with or without the "middleman."
Received book today safe and sound. Very nice copy. Thanks for a very professional transaction.
Cheers from Canada...Mark (4-28-2011)
Thank you for your quick reply to my first e-mail questions. I appreciated it very much, and then, felt confident I was ordering the book I wanted. I received it this afternoon, and it’s everything—and more—I had envisioned. Thank you, too, for doing such an excellent job of wrapping it for shipping, which is not an easy task for a book this size. I’m now going to Alibris to post a well-deserved 5 star rating and my positive comments. I just wanted to thank you personally, too.
Continued best wishes for your future,
My order, Chautauqua: An American Utopia, arrived Tuesday. It is in fine shape, and I look forward to reading it. Thank you. Tim (2-3-2011)
I received the book in the condition of which you described. It's just wonderful. Your packaging was outstanding; actually, it was perfect! Oh, how I wish everyone would package books like you. I have your website bookmarked. A real pleasure doing business with you.
Dear Ms. Williams,
Thank you so much for the personal response. It is so appreciated in this era of impersonal business relations.
Just to let you know the book arrived today in pristine condition. Thanks so much for the excellent service! I will definitely order more books from you soon.
Best regards, Vicki (4-10-10)
The book, Sketch Book of Geoffrey Crayon, Gent. arrived today, much earlier than I had expected. I am very pleased with it and the prompt service.
Thank you, Ann (3-26-10)
Very pleased indeed to be able to confirm receipt this morning of such a delightful copy of 'Ex Libris'.
With my compliments,
You have no idea how well it worked out. We opened gifts at my sister's home today because some family members have to work tomorrow. It turned out that book was at her grandparent's farm in Alliance and whenever she visited there she would run up to the room where it was kept and bring it down for someone to read to her. After her grandparent's passed away, the farm and all contents were sold at auction. For a moment she thought it was the one from her childhood, but she is just as happy as if it was. She read it to everyone at the gathering today with tears streaming down her face. I'm thinking I will have to read it to her as a bedtime story tonight. :-)
Thank you for your help in making this a very memorable Christmas.
