Spine slightly sunned. 768 pages, illustrated throughout in b&w with a full color frontis on the December 1924 issue. Sticker inside front cover and small markings on ffep indicate that this was part of the library collection of the Wm. A. & Margaretta Taylor Memorial Association.. Contains an article on Richard Derby, grandson of Theodore Roosevelt and an article by Jesse R. Grant titled, "A Boy in the White House, Recollections of My Father, General Grant". Binding is firm, corners are sharp, there is a faint moisture stain extending 3/8" into the page from the side edge. This does not affect the text or the illustrations.
