Book Baby, 2017. New. This book offers great insights into being your own or your loved one's advocate during a hospital stay. Simply written and well organized, the book is a not only a must read for patients, but hospital employees/caregivers should read it also to better understand the expectations that patients should have of them. I wish I would have read this prior to a family member's lengthy hospital stay - it would have help me to know what to ask, expect, and document, and it would have greatly reduced my anxiety and my family member's as well. Highly recommend. (Amazon Review)
